How to charge?

Download the app

Download the ejoin GO app on Google Play or the App Store.

Register

Click Register in the app. Once redirected to the Smart Fuel Pass website, create an account and don’t forget to create an account agreement – I want to use charging services.

Top up your account balance

The ejoin GO app is also used directly to pay for charging, and the Smart Fuel Pass account is your personal bank account. You can deposit money into the account using a payment card, SEPA transfer, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Make sure you always have enough funds in your account.

All set, you can charge

Now you have access to all the benefits of the ejoin GO network. Find the station where you want to charge on the map, select the booking amount and charging is initiated. When the charging is complete, you will only be charged the actual charging amount and the rest of the booking will be refunded to your account.

AC charging

At all AC charging stations in the ejoin GO network, you charge at a price of 0.29 € / kWh. Prices at partner stations in the ejoin GO network may vary. You can always check the current charging price in the ejoin GO app.

How to start charging?

For registered

Plug the cable into the vehicle

Select the charging connector you want and plug it into the vehicle. After initial communication with the vehicle, the charging station switches to “Authorization” mode.

Authorise charging

Authorize charging using the ejoin GO application. By selecting on the map or by scanning the QR code, choose the connector that you plugged into the vehicle, enter the amount of the reservation and click “Start charging”.

Pay for charging

When charging via the ejoin GO app, you pay for charging immediately. After the recharge is complete, the recharge price will be deducted from the reservation amount and the rest will be returned to your in-app account.

For non-registered

Plug the cable into the vehicle

Select the charging connector you want and plug it into the vehicle. After initial communication with the vehicle, the charging station switches to “Authorization” mode.

Authorise charging

Scan the QR code above the selected connector. After redirecting to our web portal, choose the recharge option without registration. Then enter the amount of the reservation and choose the payment method. After payment, charging is authorized and you are redirected to a page with information on the progress of charging.

Pay for charging

After charging in the car, you can download the tax receipt via the web portal. We release the reservation immediately, but the specific time depends on your bank.

Via payment terminal

Authorise charging

Choose your preferred charging connector at the payment terminal. Enter the amount of the reservation and, after confirmation, attach the payment card, mobile phone or watch to the payment terminal. By scanning the QR code on the terminal, you get remote supervision of the charging process.

Plug the cable into the vehicle

Select the charging connector authorized by you and plug it into the vehicle. Charging starts after a few seconds.

End of charging

You can finish charging via the payment terminal or in the car. The password to access your transaction on terminal is the last 4 numbers of the payment card. We release the reservation immediately, the specific time depends on your bank.

Where can I find a map of your charging points?

You can find the current map along with information on the availability of charging points in our ejoin GO mobile application as well as on the website.

How do I register in your network?

You can register for the ejoin GO network on the Smart Fuel Pass website or via the mobile application. After creating an account, it is necessary to conclude a contract on the use of charging services.

How do I authorise and pay for charging?

You can authorize charging easily via the mobile application. Select the desired charging point on the map or scan the QR code at the connector, enter the reservation amount and start charging. This is the amount that we will reserve in your account and after top-up we will only charge you the actual top-up amount and the rest will be returned to you.

Can I charge at your station without registering?

Yes, there is a QR code pasted at each station. After scanning it, you will be redirected to the web page with the connector or connectors of the given station in your device’s browser. If you want to charge without registration, simply choose the charging option as an unregistered user and pay for charging using one of the available options. Charging for unregistered users is more expensive.

When will I get my reservation amount back?

After charging, we release the reserved amount immediately, but it depends on your bank when it will be unblocked. In most cases, it is unblocked immediately, but with some banks it may take several days, but a maximum of two weeks.

I charged without registration, where can I download the receipt?

If you charge without registration via QR code, you can download a proof of payment on the website after charging. When charging through a payment terminal, scan the QR code on the terminal during charging, which will redirect you to the charging information website, where you can also download the proof of payment after charging is complete. If you cannot retrieve the document, you can also download it on the Smart Fuel Pass website.

What is the PIN for my transaction at the payment terminal?

The PIN code is the last numbers of the payment card with which you authorized charging. If you have authorized charging with a card via a mobile phone or watch, you must enter the last 4 numbers of the card stored in the mobile phone or watch. The physical payment card and the card stored in the phone have a different number.
